Dear People of the World,
Ths entry is mostly dedicated to my love of the show "Gilmore Girls" I have no idea when I discovered it, but when I did, luckily for me, ABC Family was running a "Gilmore Girls" marathon, so from there, I got all the DVDs I could from the library.
When I got a gift card for Christmas, and I got to go to Barnes and Noble, I was searching the 50% off display, right near the front of the DVD section and what did I find? Yes, that's right, the Complete 1st season of "Gilmore Girls" I was quite literally on cloud nine that night.
After that, I mean, once my 20th birthday rolled aorund, a couple months later, I hoped and praye dwith all my might to get the complete second season. My mom happened to get me the 2nd season AND the 1st season because I think she mentioned it was a two for one deal, so now I have a backup of the 1st season, very handy, right?
Anyway, recently, I was watching the 2nd season again and I discovered one of my all-time favorite episodes. It actually used to be my least, but it jumped right up to my favorite. I think it's because Lorelai makes up a bunch of really funny diner phrases and I LOVE the spat that Rory and Jess seem to have throughout the entire episode, its so cute!
I love my own mom a lot, but it seems like I would like Lorelai and Katilette to be my imaginary moms. I know Katilette is too young to ever have a 20 year old daughter, but hey, it's my imagination, right? It can go any which way I want it to. Besides, I would like Julie Andrews and Kelly Bishop to be my imaginary grandmothers. Kristin Chenoweth is my imginary aunt! (We have so much in common anyway)
Oh and Rachel, who migth be reaidng this, see, see, see, I updated, you happy now~! :P
I guess that's all for now,
Maddie A. Wonder Writer Extrodinaire and Gilmore Girls Fanatic, also a Julie Andrews Admirer
