My Birthday and a few thoughts about being 19 (Finally!)

Hello to all you (possible) readers,

Well, today, April 5th, 2010 at 1:25 PM, I turned 19 and I will try to fully enjoy this day as much as I can and in the days following because I have taken on the following mission: I will enjoy and try to experience as much as I possibly can on every day of the 19th year of my life, all 365 days of it.

To celebrate I will share ten fun facts about myself:

1. I love Full House
2. I'm an admirer of Julie Andrews
3. I think Kristin Chenoweth is totally awesome and should be my aunt
4. I have a major crush on Zac Efron
5. I can tell the Jonas Brothers apart
6. I still can't tell the Olson twins apart, or those twins who played Nicky and Alex
7. I love the color pink
8. I want to be a preschool teacher one day
9. I love being hyper, but not too hyper
10. I'm a positive person

Now, here is ten important things I did last year at age 18
1. I got my first laptop (pink)
2. I returned to Facebook
3. I have gotten Anne Hathaway to start following me on Twitter
4. I have completed my entire Full House series on DVD
5. I have met Eden Espinosa and got her to sign my Wicked baseball hat
6. I've seen Wicked twice
7. Kristin Chenoweth replied to me on Twitter
8. I got into my first fender-bender
9. I visited Disneyland for the first time for my 18th birthday, and met Mary Poppins
10. I graduated high school!
Bonus 11. I've nearly completed my full year of community college

Well, there you have it, ten, I mean 11 important experiences I have um, experienced during the age of 18 and I hope to have many more at 19. I mean there must have been other good and bad experiences while at age 18, but I'm sure I'll remember those later. Here are three that I've remembered while typing this:

1. My mom have driven past the house where opening of Full House was filmed, you know how the camera pans down to the front of the house? That house. The inside was of course filmed in LA
2. I have worked with a girl with Downs Syndrome, a boy with impaired vision and others with varying places on the Autism spectrum. It has been a very neat experience working with them
3. I have written a story with 100 pages

Oh, and I have had my first laughing fit in a church, much to the displeasure of my friend, and Rachel, I'm sorry for that. Another one is that I finally passed the CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam), got my first job

While on the job, I got shot in the eye with a hose attachment thingy, injured my tailbone on a slip-in-slide, made countless trips to the library and made very good friends. and nearly broke my back giving piggyback rides, okay, not really, but it was fun!

Well, this is the end of my first blog post at 19. I hope to have many more in my 19th year of life

so long farewell,

Love Maddie Addie Wonder Writer!
