Hello!
Boy, it's been a long time since I posted! At the moment of writing this blog, I'm listening to the Wicked soundtrack all the way through, I really can't wait until this show comes to Sacramento!!!! It should be in 2012, on a similar note I'm seeing Mary Poppins this summer, i can't wait for that either!
I'm really excited for Christmas this year because I will get to see my friends and hang out with them. I also cant wait to decorate the tree and open prsents from friends and family!
In other news, the very revered Blake Edwards has passed away. For those of you who don't know, he's married to Dame Julie Andrews and he has directed such favorites such as Victor/Victoria, 10, BVreakfast at Tiffany's, and of course The Pink Panther, he will be missed greatly!
Let's see what else? I got pretty good grade in my classes last semester,
HDEV2 (Human Development 2, basically learning about teaching preschool children): B
ENG 1A: C (I did the best that I could, I think I deserve this grade)
Aerobics: A (I really worke dmy butt off in this class and i loved it)
Next semester I'm taking:
Yoga
Group Public Speaking
Math
HDEV 4 9not sure what this is)
It should be a fun semester, but right now im focusing on enjoying the days leading up to Christmas, which should be jolly good fun. I also can't wait for the rain and rainstorms, i love rain, thunder and lightning!
I guess that's all for now, I swear that I will update more often,
Auf Weidersein,
Maddie Addie Wonder Writer Extraordinaire and Admirer of Dame Julie Andrews
PS: RIP Blake Edwards
PPS: I changed my name on Facebook to honor the passing of the dear man Blake Edwards, just in case you were wondering

Birthdays, Rooms and Collages
Hey, everybody,
Um, yeah, I haven't updated my blog since August, so I will update now. It won't be very long because I'm not sure I have a lot of blogging energy. Hmm, what to say, what to say
First of all, I would like to direct you to a post awhile back about me being calm and stuff, um, it's one of my favorite posts and it sounds so poetic, plus it's totally true!
Anyway, I wanted to say that I finally got an autograph from Amanda Seyfried! I think she is the one who let's say sparked my current "Mamma Mia" addiction. Oh, do you think I should write to Meryl Streep again? Comment below
My friend Rachel's birthday is tomorrow! I'm not saying on here what I made her. She'sll find out tomorrow! A big shout out to her! Lova ya!
My other friend has a birthday on Monday, so Happy Birthday to her as well!
I guess that's all I can think of to say right now,
see ya,
Maddie A

Think I'll Make it as a Movie Critic?
Hey you all!
There I go with the 90s kick again, I just think it's so funny! Ahem, anyway, here I am again. loaded with new things about my life that I should update on!
As you probably know, I live in California, and the California State Fair is happening this year. Well, I went twice! Once to see Martina McBride in concert with my friend's family, and then again with MY family and my friend Jill.
After seeing Martina McBride, I became hooked! By the time I got home, I found a wallpaper of her for my computer, sent her a tweet on Twitter, sent her a letter, and looked up her songs online. Did I mention, my browser now has her picture on it? Yeah, call me crazy!
It was then that I started seeing some of her songs on my favorite videos on Youtube! I actually found three of her songs lurking about in my playlist on there, "This One's For the Girls" , "She's a Butterfly" and wait, that's only two, but I found out that all this time I had been loving the song "This One's For The Girls" and not realizing that it's by Martina McBride! OMG!
Okay, sorry bout that, anyway, the second time I went, I got to go off on my own with my friend and boy did we have a fun time! We even managed to see my aunt and my cousin at the Animation exhibit! Who knew! I saw them again in the next one, with the small animals!
Wow, so much to remeber, so I will put it in list form
The first time I went, I had a funnel cake, kettle corn, a corndog and a lemonade, we watched a parade go by and we also sat on a slanty hill to watch Martina McBride, we waited by this gate to try and see if we could meet her, but then we gave up
I also got a license plate thing with my name on it and lip balm, which tasted like chocolate peanut butter cookies. I wish I had gotten the buttered popcorn one.
Oh, before I wrap this up, I want to say that the second time I went, I wore a shirt that I had gotten from my grandma, it read "careful, or you might end up in my novel" It is now my favorite shirt and I got quite a few comments, good ones, by the way.
I went bowling last night and got three strikes, it took me awhile to warm up , since I had taken the bowling class, but hadn't really bowled since the last day of that class
We also went to Baskin Robbins, did you know that in the new logo, the number 31 is made up of the B and the R? just learned that last night!
Okay, I am tired of blogging right now and trying to remember all the little details about the State Fair and I will blog the next time i get the chance
Sayonara!

Wow, so much to remeber, so I will put it in list form
- We went on this yellow roller coaster which was really fun
- We one little stuffed fish from a balloon game
- I failed at a basketball shooting game
- I went on a seemingly harmless ride, (the one I told you about that was at Six Flags? Yeah, read my post about it and you'll see) anyway, this one turned out to be bigger and it made my stomach queasy for the REST OF THE DAY! Curse you ride from "Madeline" the one at the end which Miss Clavel goes on!
- Oh and it made my signed "Wicked" hat fly right off my head. Some nice girls behind me on the ride told me right away! It landed on this big white box thing, so when I got off, this nice guy threw it to me and I managed to catch it
- Luckily I hadn't had breakfast, just a piece of gum, so that was sort of lucky
- Let's see, we also went on this little fire-safety passport thing for little kids, two of the "rangers" reminded me somewhat of Chris Rock, I think, either that or Elijah Kelley, the dude who was in Hairspray
- We saw a puppet show, which was kind of cute, it was part of the passport thingy
- I knew every single thing that they taught us, but it was fun to learn about it in a new way, directed at little kids
- Okay, I didn't know about safe fires and bad fires
- I got a bandanna
- This robot guy on a scooter asked my friend is she had been eating the blue crayons again, she had been eating a blue Icee!
- We asked about a signature reader thingy at the info desk, I gotta admit I was kind of nervous because it was an old guy and I was afraid he wouldn't hear me, I did have to repeat some things, basically it didn't really help
- I got my picture taken at a News10 weather thingy, I'm on the website, the tall girl in the black shirt and "Wicked" hat.
- Basically, that's about all we did
The first time I went, I had a funnel cake, kettle corn, a corndog and a lemonade, we watched a parade go by and we also sat on a slanty hill to watch Martina McBride, we waited by this gate to try and see if we could meet her, but then we gave up

My Top 10 Favorite Disney movies
My Top 10 Favorite Disney movies (Oh, what the heck, I like them all, but these are my favorites)
10. The Parent Trap (1998)
You may be surprised why this one is my favorite because you were expecting it to be a Julie Andrews movie. I like this because of the storytelling, the flow of the movie, the characters, my favorites are Hallie and Annie, Chessie, the butler guy, and of course the parents. I also like it because everybody has such great chemistry.
I also like it because I can sit through it wihtout shutting it off to take a break or something
9. The Princess Diaries (and the sequel)
I like this movie becuase, well it has Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway has really great acting skills. Mia and the Queen, oh, and Joe are my favorites. My favorite scene would have to be the one where Mia crashes into the trolley. Just a great scene all-around.
The sequel is also awesome because of the mattress scene and Julie Andrews singing "Your Crowning Glory" It's such a heartwarming scene.
Another great scene would have to be the one where the maids sing "Frere Jaques" to distract the Queren and then bang the pots together! I laughed so hard when i first saw the scene
The whole ending is really neat and a treat for the eyes! I have to give it 10 stars!
I'm not going to go through and review each of the rest of my favorites so I will list them in no particular order, although next up would be Lilo and Stitch because it is funny, heartwarming and has great chracters. Pleakley is especiallu funny near the end!
Anyway, here they are
Enchanted
Tinker Bell (Kristin Chenoweth is really awesome in this one)
Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure
Finding Nemo
Toy Story
Toy Story 3 (DA BOMB! I loved it! I normally don't like Pixar Shorts, but this one had the best)
Toy Story 2
Ratatoiuee (Some parts are hard to sit through, but over all, I love the artwork)
UP (Has to be on eof my favorites!)
The Incedibles (Amazing to watch)
Mulan (Funny! Eddie Murphy is the best and I like Mulan, of course, she has some really great lines, I like all the action, but not the main Hun guy with the scary eyes)
Bolt (Once I watched the whole thing, I really liked it. The pigeons were the best)
Well, I hope you liked this and please comment below if you would like me to review some other Disney movies
Oh, The Little Mermaid would have to be in the top because I loved it! Ariel has to be one of my favorite Disney Princesses
How could I forget Mary Poppins? I mean, it was one of my favorites! Julie Andrews was simply practically perfect in every way Dick van Dyke and the two kids were also very good!
Okay, my fingers are getting tired, so see ya, until next time

New Facebook Friends, Farmville and Writing
Hey all you blog readers,
I guess it's time for a new blog post. Boy do I have some new things to write about. First of all, I discovered that two of my wonderful cousins are on Facebook, so I sent out friend requests. I was pretty surprised at the short amount of time in which they responded! Thanks!
The next thing is that I FINALLY got my farmhouse, which cost about 150, 000 coins. yeah, that's alot. I don't know how I achieved it, but I did, thanks to ribbons and owning a heck alot of animals, and alot of different kinds of trees. All I need to do know is finish with lining the yard of the house with hedges.
I don't know if I mentione dthis before, but my parents are currently gone on a trip until Sunday, so I'm home with my rbothers.
Oh, I forgot to say that Despicable Me is one of the best movies ever made! I think the best part were the little yellow minions, Miranda's awesome voice work as the oldest sister of the three girls, Gru and his mom who is played by Dam Julie Andrews, whom I adore, as most of you already know!
I guess that's all for now, I have ot get back to my writing. I'm typing up my writing from a notebook I'm recording my story in. I'm up to 83,000 words and 182 pages! Yeah, that's the longest story I have ever written.
I will update this blog tomorrow or whenever I get a crazy urge to blog,
Auf Weidersein

Toy Story 3, Writing Goals, and Other Things....
Hey you all!
Sorry, that was soo 90s! It's from a Barney home video called, "Barney Goes to School" Please don't judge me, I want to work in a preschool one day! Anyways, Leah Gloria, says, "Hey you all, come look at this calender!" It's like so rad!
Sorry, again, I'm now switching from 90s mode to 2010 mode! Well, today, I went with the kids I work with to see Toy Story 3 for the second time, and it was better the second time around. I didnt laugh as much as the Spanish Buzz part. Pity! (Finding Nemo, where that one dad fish watches Marlin swim frantically away)
I also have a few new writing goals for now until I start college again in the fall. One, every day, I will pick three random words from the dictionary and use them to write a story and Two, um, I hope to finish a notebook I'm writing in and get it typed up so I can start a new notebook, my 4th or 5th, I think for the new semester.
Okay,k also today, I got an autographed picture from Alex Trebek, the host of Jeopardy! I sent him a letter in early Jun e and got something back July 8th! Wow, it was quick, I think it's my quickest response!
It says and I quote, "To Maddie with my best wishes, (signed) Alex Trebek" unquote!
I guess that's all I have to write today! I know, it's a short blog, but I wanted to get something down, I might update in a week, or something. Hey, it's Thursday! Remember my thing? Yeah, I'm sort of early
anyway, adios, dear readers...and Anne!

Yellow busses, broken flip-flops and other things...
Hello, all,
This will probably be a short post as I don't think I'll be able to come up with much to say except that I might be starting weekly posts as a weekly update on my life. I will also be keeping a private journal on Word, but nobody can read it, but me!
Um, now to refer to the title, I will be using two random things that I find important from that week, for example, every day at summer school, I help the kiddos to the bus stop and see lots of yellow busses, and before that we sing a shortened version of the well-known song, "Wheels on the Bus"
Also, I think it was Friday when my left green flip flop broke! If you know me and/or have seen me in real-life for the past two years, you'll know that I wear them rain or shine (I'm serious) I've worn them in the puring ran and in the hottest weather!
I am now getting a small blister from wearing black flip-flops that I found in my closet that I was going to wear to graduation, but ended up not wearing, so I have to wear them now as a subsitute for my beloved green flip flops mentioned above. Long story short, I wore them while walking up a big hill and now I think I have a blister, ugh!
Back to the original subject, at the end of each week, most likely Thursday, Friday or Saturday, I will out up a blog post reflecting back on the week's events, if something really big and exciting happened in the middle of the week, I will post it here or on Facebook (I'm Maddie Andrews, if anybody wanted to "friend me"
This leads to an explanation of why I used that particular combination. Well, as all of you know, my namde is Maddie, and well, I didn't want to use my reall last name, so (To many of you know me REALLY well, this should be obvious right off the bat) I used Julie Andrews' last name!
Here are three things that I some first time readers (I reccomend reading the past posts as well) should know about me:
Auf Weidersein, everybody!
Maddie Addie, Wonder Writer Extrodinaire and Admirer of Dame Julie Andrews (See, there it is)
:)
PS: I like cheese!!!
PPS: I guess this post wasn't very short, I guess I eneded up haveing alot to write
PPPS: Okay, Okay, I'm going now....BYE!!!!!

Peanut Butter Oreos and Other Neat Stuff
Hey, people of the world who are possibly reading my blog
(Hi, Anne, big fan!)
Um, anyways, I just got this weird urge to blog, so here I am, this is also sort of an update blog, for those of you who would like an update on my current thoughts and..stuff. In a nutshell, life is well, supercalifragilisticexpialidocius, which means I have a whole conglomeration of feelings and I can't really out a finger on one exact feeling.
This summer, I am working at an elementary school summer school session for kids with special needs, like autism, impaired vision, Down's Syndrome, etc, anyway, I go everyday and help out, it's pretty fun!
By the way, the summer school session isn't just for the special needs kids, it's for the mainstream kids as well. My friend, Jill, helps out there as well, just not in the same class, she helps out with the kids with speech problems or something like that, I can't remember what she said
A pretty scary thing happened about two weeks ago. I was cleaning my room at about 9 at night and a few minutes after I had satdown with my back against my bed, about 11:00, I heard a dull explosion and immediatly looked around to see if one of my lightbulbs had exploded or something as water droplets and glass shards had fallen around me.
Long story short, a water balloon had been shot through my window with a sling shot a couple of streets away, or so my brother thinks. I was pretty shook up by what happened and my dad says I'll still be finding glass for a very long time.
As most of you who know me on Facebook, know, I recieved an autographed photo of Dick van Dyke in the mail a few days ago! It says, "Hi, Maddie! God Bless, (Dick Van Dyke's signature)"
I mean, I thought I would never get his autograph, but now I have it. I'm still waiting for Amanda Seyfried, Meryl Streep, and Alex Trebek
I think I've exhausted my blogging energy once again, so I will have to sign off,
Ciao,
Maddie Addie, Wonder Writer Extrodinair and Admirer of Dame Julie Andrews!

About time for an update!
Hello everybody!
I belive its about time for a new blog post, since I have been doing some thinking. This is what I came up with
I've realized that ever since I turned 19, I've sort of calmed down and I feel more grown-up than when I was 18 because I guess I was really hyper and kind of weird to hang around with. Those days are over, my wild-child days are long gone and they have been replaced with days of calm waves, blog posts full of thoughtful wisdom and quietness.
I feel that at 19, I can feel more grown-up and can handle more than I ever did at 18. I have grown out of my old snakeskin, if you will, I have grown to big for my shell and is trying a new one on
I guess in a way, I'm still the fun-loving Maddie inside! It's just been toned down!
I guess that's all I have to say for now,
Sayonara,
Maddie A. Wonder Writer Extrodinaire!

Well, it's June!
Ahoy there maties!
Just wanted to update my blog! You know, I just felt like jotting down some thoughts. The date is, just to make things official, is Saturday June 5th, 2010. Yesterday, my old high school held their graduation and some of my friends graduated. My mom was there as a special guest, or something. I didn't go because I'm not really a big fan of graduations.
Anyway, on Tuesday, I start my English 1A class, which I'm not too worried about, since hey, I DID pass English A, didn't I? I can manage this one! I think I'm a pretty good writer.
I'd better get back to my storyu, which I'm typing up as I think I just ran out of blog energy, I will blog when I'm done,
see ya,
Maddie A. Wonder Writer Extrodinaire!

its the threes thing again, last time it was Farrah Fa
wcett, Micheal Jackson and that dude with the loud voice.

Is it really nearly June?
Hey all you readers,
It's Maddie here, and boy has life been speeding along for me. It's been a year since I graduated high school, I cannot believe it! It's also been just about a full one month since I turned 19, and gosh this year is going really fast. I mean in a week, I'll be starting a writing class, and I'm helping out with summer school.
I've been kind of dreading the writing class, but hey, it means I'll get to write some new stuff and get to know a new teacher, which is always one of my favorite parts of starting a new class! There will also be other people to meet, which should be fun.
Let's see, the date is May 30, 2010, 4:38 early Sunday morning. Okay, don't call me crazy, I'm a night owl. It's what I do sometimes. I bet some of you readers are night owls too sometimes, so there!
Anyway, on this date in let's see, 10 years, I'll be 29 and I will be working at a preschool for special needs children, with a series of children's books out. I will have been engaged to a guy named Harvey, who I met on a cruise ship. I will have twin girls, Hayley and Amanda. and an adopted boy with impaired vision named Jackie. Hey, I can dream, can't I?
Well, in other news, my older brother, Chris is home for the summer, he's usually in Chico for school. My grandma and step-grandpa are visiting from Tennessee, but I wish they could stay forever! I'm really starting to bond with them more. I mean, not like I haven't bonded with them before, but now that I'm older, I can appreciate what they have to offer!Plus, I'm getting to feel pretty close to my grandma, which is a good thing!
I think my writing has improved, thanks to her working with me at Starbucks, which is another plus for me. It's pretty fun and cozy at the same time! One of my recent stories, starring a girl named Maggie, is currently 148 pages long. I hope it reaches 100,000 words by Christmas, right now, the word count is 67, 398. Yeah, that's alot of words.
I guess I should wrap things up,
I will post again tomorrow

PS: I would like to give a shout-out to my grandma, who has been extra wonderful this week! Yay her! Love ya! XOXOXO!

Long Time, No Write
Hey you, people out there, Anne Hathaway (No seriously, she might read this)
Well, I haven't updated this here blog since my birthday and boy has it been a loong time.
So far, my 19th year of life is turning out pretty awesome! I've gotten into two new TV shows, "Gilmore Girls' especially, and a brilliant show called, 'The Office" No, not the one with Ricky Gervais, the one with Steve Carell.
"Gilmore Girls" is also brilliant! The writing, the characters and the jokes are all genious, especially how Lauren Graham who plays the always awesome Lorelai Gilmore. All the other characters, such as Lorelai's mom, Emily, Lorelai's dad, Richard, Lorelai's daughter, Rory and all of the other wonderfully quirky residents of Stars' Hollow.
As for writing, I'm continuing to develop a character named Maggie. Her full name is Margaret Nicole Holman. Besides Christy, I belive she is my best character I think I've ever created. I created all the members of her family with care and respect.
Ever since I had a meeting with my grandma at Starbucks, I have gotten a wonderful idea to write daily "rambles" it is a term I coined to mean to ramble on or to write for five minutes. It is a Maddie-ism, which is a term I also coined, which means a word or phrase developed by me.
Another Maddie-ism is "succatan" I'm not sure what it means, but it can be used as a verb in the following sentence, "Bill kicked the succatan out of the soccer ball but missed it by inches"
Yet another Maddie-ism is the phrase, "I'm just sayin'" It is mostly commonly used while out to dinner with my family.
I would also like to give some credit to my partner-in-crime, Ms. Pontoya for helping me spread the word, "succatan"
I'd better wrap this up, so I can get this posted so you guys can see this!
See ya the next time I bvlog, which I promise will be soon!
Signing off,
Love Maddie Armstrong Wonder Writer Extrodinarie and admirer of Julie Andrews, Kristin Chenoweth and Anne Hathaway!

My Birthday and a few thoughts about being 19 (Finally!)
Hello to all you (possible) readers,
Well, today, April 5th, 2010 at 1:25 PM, I turned 19 and I will try to fully enjoy this day as much as I can and in the days following because I have taken on the following mission: I will enjoy and try to experience as much as I possibly can on every day of the 19th year of my life, all 365 days of it.
To celebrate I will share ten fun facts about myself:
1. I love Full House
2. I'm an admirer of Julie Andrews
3. I think Kristin Chenoweth is totally awesome and should be my aunt
4. I have a major crush on Zac Efron
5. I can tell the Jonas Brothers apart
6. I still can't tell the Olson twins apart, or those twins who played Nicky and Alex
7. I love the color pink
8. I want to be a preschool teacher one day
9. I love being hyper, but not too hyper
10. I'm a positive person
Now, here is ten important things I did last year at age 18
1. I got my first laptop (pink)
2. I returned to Facebook
3. I have gotten Anne Hathaway to start following me on Twitter
4. I have completed my entire Full House series on DVD
5. I have met Eden Espinosa and got her to sign my Wicked baseball hat
6. I've seen Wicked twice
7. Kristin Chenoweth replied to me on Twitter
8. I got into my first fender-bender
9. I visited Disneyland for the first time for my 18th birthday, and met Mary Poppins
10. I graduated high school!
Bonus 11. I've nearly completed my full year of community college
Well, there you have it, ten, I mean 11 important experiences I have um, experienced during the age of 18 and I hope to have many more at 19. I mean there must have been other good and bad experiences while at age 18, but I'm sure I'll remember those later. Here are three that I've remembered while typing this:
1. My mom have driven past the house where opening of Full House was filmed, you know how the camera pans down to the front of the house? That house. The inside was of course filmed in LA
2. I have worked with a girl with Downs Syndrome, a boy with impaired vision and others with varying places on the Autism spectrum. It has been a very neat experience working with them
3. I have written a story with 100 pages
Oh, and I have had my first laughing fit in a church, much to the displeasure of my friend, and Rachel, I'm sorry for that. Another one is that I finally passed the CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam), got my first job
While on the job, I got shot in the eye with a hose attachment thingy, injured my tailbone on a slip-in-slide, made countless trips to the library and made very good friends. and nearly broke my back giving piggyback rides, okay, not really, but it was fun!
Well, this is the end of my first blog post at 19. I hope to have many more in my 19th year of life
so long farewell,
Love Maddie Addie Wonder Writer!

Hey there
Hello Blog world,'
I know it's four in the morning, but who gives a hoot! I am finally going to be reviewing my least favorite and most favorite Hannah Montana episodes,
my least favorite would have to be the one where Miley has to hire a new choreographer because she knocked the other one out the window. I do not like this one because Miley/Hannah acts pretty insensitve and the new dance guy is mean
My favorite would have to be both parts of the Miley Says Goodbye episode. mostly because Miley and Jackson are so funny! I also like the one where Lilly moves in. Pretty funny stuff! I really dont see why people have to hate Hannah Montana! I like her and I'm nearly 19, in 20 freakin days! I cant wait!
I know this is short, but I cant think of anything else except that I dont like "The Beak" episode from "Phineas and Ferb" I mean I like some parts, but the "Kha-Kha, pu-pu" thing is just stupid and immature! also go Linda!
Um anyway, I am off,
Ciao and Peace!

Hey there
Dear Blogworld,
Hey, this is Maddie A, blogger woman, I am typing this on my Weekly Sunday-Monday No-Sleepathon, which is new. I will stay up all night Sunday nite/Monday morning and then try to get back into a normal sleeping pattern the rest of the week, except for Friday night/ Saturday morning, which will be my movie marathon slot.
Anyways, I am also blogging to say that I will stay true to my resolutions, I can do well in college, I just have to put my mind to it and not worry about the hard stuff. I am an optimist and worrying isn't really part of being an optimist. I am also an Aries. One cool thing is that my Human Development professor is also an Aries!
So um, I will definetly be blogging sometime tomorrow
Arlight, see ya,
